• Embraer will submit your name to the hotel as part of the event rooming list.

• A credit card will be required at check‑in. Guests are individually responsible for all charges.

• Hotel confirmation will be sent by email together with your event registration confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Guests must cancel at least 5 days prior to arrival, by midnight on the final eligible day.
Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a one‑night room and tax charge.
